| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 466.355, Government Code, is amended by | |
| 11 | 11 | adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (d) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, | |
| 13 | 13 | not less than 50 percent of the total revenue received from the sale | |
| 14 | 14 | of tickets and license and application fees under this chapter | |
| 15 | 15 | shall be deposited to the credit of the foundation school fund. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. Section 466.355, Government Code, as amended by | |
| 17 | 17 | this Act, applies only to a transfer from the state lottery account | |
| 18 | 18 | made on or after the effective date of this Act. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
