13 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 2157.068(j), Government Code, is amended | |

15 | 11 | (j) The following entities may purchase commodity items | |
16 | 12 | through the department, and be charged a reasonable administrative | |

57 | 53 | Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
