| 14 | 11 | Sec. 561.0075. AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIRED | |
| 15 | 12 | BY MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN IN CERTAIN COUNTIES. (a) This section | |
| 16 | 13 | applies only to a county with a population of 3.3 million or more. | |
| 17 | - | (b) After notice is published in a newspaper of general | |
| 18 | - | circulation in the county, the commissioners court of a county may | |
| 19 | - | by order acquire a right-of-way on a strip of land that is | |
| 20 | - | undeveloped or part of a new site development or redevelopment plan | |
| 21 | - | if the acquisition is required by the county's master drainage | |
| 22 | - | plan. | |
