7 | 13 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
8 | 14 | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code, | |
9 | 15 | is amended by adding Section 225.152 to read as follows: | |
10 | 16 | Sec. 225.152. LOOP JUNO. (a) State Highway Loop 480 in | |
11 | 17 | Maverick County is designated as Loop JUNO. | |
12 | 18 | (b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall: | |
13 | 19 | (1) design and construct markers indicating the | |
14 | 20 | designation as Loop JUNO and any other appropriate information; and | |
15 | 21 | (2) erect a marker at each end of the loop and at | |
16 | 22 | appropriate intermediate sites along the loop. | |
17 | 23 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | |
