| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 15.021(d), Election Code, is amended to | |

| 12 | 12 | (d) A voter, including a voter on the suspense list, who | |
| 13 | 13 | continues to reside in the county in which the voter is registered | |
| 14 | 14 | may correct information under this section by digital transmission | |
| 15 | 15 | of the information under a program administered by the secretary of | |
| 16 | 16 | state and the Department of Information Resources. A voter on the | |
| 17 | 17 | suspense list who submits a correction under this subsection is | |
| 18 | 18 | considered to have complied with the requirements of Section | |
| 19 | 19 | 15.053. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
