| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 25.1902, Government Code, is amended by | |

| 12 | 12 | (b-1) In addition to the jurisdiction provided by | |
| 13 | 13 | Subsections (a) and (b), the County Court at Law No. 1 of Potter | |
| 14 | 14 | County has concurrent jurisdiction with the district court in | |
| 15 | 15 | felony cases to conduct arraignments, conduct pretrial hearings, | |
| 16 | 16 | and accept pleas in uncontested matters. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
