| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 25.0481, Government Code, is amended to | |
| 11 | 11 | read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 25.0481. COMAL COUNTY. Comal County has the following | |
| 13 | 13 | statutory county courts: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) County Court at Law No. 1 of Comal County; [and] | |
| 15 | 15 | (2) County Court at Law No. 2 of Comal County; and | |
| 16 | 16 | (3) County Court at Law No. 3 of Comal County. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. The County Court at Law No. 3 of Comal County is | |
| 18 | 18 | created on the effective date of this Act. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect January 1, 2020. |
