| 13 | 13 | (a) The 456th Judicial District is composed of Guadalupe County. | |
| 14 | 14 | (b) The 456th District Court shall give preference to civil | |
| 15 | 15 | cases. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. The 456th Judicial District is created on the | |
| 17 | 17 | effective date of this Act. | |
