| 23 | + | of a hospital district, if the school district: |

| 24 | + | (A) is wholly or partly located in a county with a |

| 25 | + | population of less than 40,000 that is adjacent to a county with a |
|---|
| 26 | + | population of more than three million; and |
|---|
| 27 | + | (B) held its election for trustees jointly with |
|---|
| 28 | + | the election for the members of the governing body of the hospital |
|---|
| 29 | + | district before May 2007; or |
|---|
| 30 | + | (4) the election for the members of the governing |
|---|
| 31 | + | board of a public junior college district in which the school |
|---|
| 32 | + | district is wholly or partly located. |
