| 13 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 408.023(r), Labor Code, is amended to | |

| 15 | 13 | (r) Notwithstanding the waiver or expiration of Subsections | |
| 16 | 14 | (a)-(g) and (i), there may be no direct or indirect provision of | |
| 17 | 15 | health care under this subtitle and rules adopted under this | |
| 18 | 16 | subtitle, and no direct or indirect receipt of remuneration under | |
| 19 | - | this subtitle and rules adopted under this subtitle by a doctor who: | |

| 22 | - | approved doctors either by action of the Texas Workers' | |
