85 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
96 AN ACT
107 relating to an exception to the application of the offense of
118 possessing or delivering drug paraphernalia for persons involved in
129 certain pilot programs.
1310 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
14- SECTION 1. This Act shall be cited as the Honorable Ruth
15- Jones McClendon Act.
16- SECTION 2. Section 481.125, Health and Safety Code, is

31- SECTION 4. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019.
