| 7 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 8 | 14 | | SECTION 1. Section 504.3161, Transportation Code, is |
|---|
| 9 | 15 | | amended to read as follows: |
|---|
| 10 | 16 | | Sec. 504.3161. MILITARY SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATES FOR |
|---|
| 11 | 17 | | RECIPIENTS OF CERTAIN MILITARY CAMPAIGN AND SERVICE AWARDS. The |
|---|
| 12 | 18 | | department shall issue specialty license plates for recipients of |
|---|
| 13 | 19 | | the following military awards that include the name of the award: |
|---|
| 14 | 20 | | (1) the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; |
|---|
| 15 | 21 | | (2) the Armed Forces Service Medal; |
|---|
| 16 | 22 | | (3) the Navy Expeditionary Medal; |
|---|
| 17 | 23 | | (4) the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; |
|---|
| 18 | 24 | | (5) the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; |
|---|
| 19 | 25 | | (6) the Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal; |
|---|
| 20 | 26 | | (7) the Merchant Marine Expeditionary Medal; |
|---|
| 21 | 27 | | (8) the Kosovo Campaign Medal; [and] |
|---|
| 22 | 28 | | (9) the Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal; and |
|---|
| 23 | 29 | | (10) the China Service Medal. |
