| 13 | 13 | be the duty of the Legislature of the State to establish and make | |
| 14 | 14 | suitable provision for the support and maintenance of an efficient | |
| 15 | 15 | and globally competitive system of public free schools. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 17 | 17 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 5, 2019. | |
| 18 | 18 | The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the | |
| 19 | 19 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment requiring the system of | |
| 20 | 20 | public free schools to be globally competitive." |
