| 11 | 11 | Sec. 74. A governmental entity may not spend public money to | |
| 12 | 12 | directly or indirectly influence or attempt to influence the | |
| 13 | 13 | outcome of any legislation pending before the legislature. The | |
| 14 | 14 | legislature may enact laws to implement this section. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 16 | 16 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 5, 2019. | |
| 17 | 17 | The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the | |
| 18 | 18 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment to prohibit the use of | |
