| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Born in Fort Worth on August 20, 2016, Ellie Click |

| 10 | 11 | | was blessed with a wide circle of loved ones that included her |

| 11 | 12 | | parents, her grandparents, and her aunts and uncles, as well as |

| 12 | 13 | | other members of her large extended family; she delighted in going |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | outside, collecting rocks and flowers, and playing with her dogs, |

| 14 | 15 | | Bandit and Harley, whom she adored and regarded more as her brothers |

| 15 | 16 | | than as her pets; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Ellie also loved to color, and she often toted |

| 17 | 18 | | around a purse filled with crayons, which she used to express her |

| 18 | 19 | | creativity on everything from paper to walls and doors; much of her |

| 19 | 20 | | artwork still adorns her home, providing her family with an |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, The loss of this cherished child brought |

| 22 | 23 | | incalculable sorrow to all who held her dear, and the tragic |

| 23 | 24 | | circumstances of her passing have compelled her mother, Krysta |

| 25 | 26 | | same heartbreak; with the memory of her daughter at the forefront of |

| 26 | 27 | | her mind, Ms. Click has worked alongside the Texas Legislature and |

| 28 | 29 | | improvements at an intersection in Crowley that will make it safer |

| 30 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Although her time on this earth was far too brief, |

| 31 | 32 | | Ellie Click was a ray of light in the lives of her loved ones, and no |
