| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Dawn Arnold-Garcia of the Girl Scouts of Central |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, To earn this distinction, Ms. Arnold-Garcia |

| 9 | 10 | | successfully met a series of requirements emphasizing community |

| 10 | 11 | | service, personal and spiritual growth, positive values, and |

| 11 | 12 | | leadership skills; as part of that process, she planned and |

| 12 | 13 | | implemented a Girl Scout Gold Award project that will have a |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, By fostering self-confidence and by encouraging |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The maturity and dedication that Ms. Arnold-Garcia |
