| 11 | 12 | | Santander Jr. was the son of Rogelio Santander Sr. and Julia |

| 12 | 13 | | Santander and the older brother of Chris Santander; deeply proud to |

| 13 | 14 | | be a member of the Dallas PD and the Northeast 3rd Watch Division, |

| 14 | 15 | | he enjoyed the camaraderie he shared with his fellow officers, and |

| 15 | 16 | | he set an outstanding example for them through his commitment to |

| 16 | 17 | | duty; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Outside of work, Officer Santander maintained an |

| 18 | 19 | | active lifestyle and could often be found playing basketball, |

| 19 | 20 | | soccer, or golf; above all else, he cherished the time he spent with |

|---|
| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Although the passing of this courageous and |

| 22 | 23 | | dedicated young officer is a profound loss to his community, |

| 23 | 24 | | Rogelio Santander left behind a record of public service that will |

| 24 | 25 | | forever inspire all those who knew and loved him; now, therefore, be |
