| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Maryellen Rayner celebrated a significant milestone |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Rayner has demonstrated impressive dedication |

| 10 | 11 | | to her studies while working toward her bachelor's degree in |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | advertising with a minor in psychology; her academic achievements |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | have earned her membership in the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | Fraternity, which she has served as scholarship chair; in addition, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | she is a proud member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Among the many other activities she has undertaken |

| 16 | 17 | | as a student, Ms. Rayner has served as vice chair of a concert |

| 17 | 18 | | series, as account manager and director of the Lindsey + Asp |

| 18 | 19 | | student-run advertising agency, and as an event planner and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 21 | 22 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join in recognizing |
