5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The service of an admired Bandera County elected |

6 | 7 | | official drew to a close when the Honorable Eino Zapata retired as |

7 | 8 | | justice of the peace for Precinct 3; and |

8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, During his time in office, Judge Zapata served his |

9 | 10 | | fellow citizens with distinction, completing a notable tenure that |

10 | 11 | | spanned 12 years; and |

11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to |

12 | 13 | | good governance, Eino Zapata has helped make Bandera County an even |

13 | 14 | | better place in which to live and work, and he has set a standard of |

14 | 15 | | excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it |

15 | 16 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |

16 | 17 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Eino Zapata on his retirement as |

17 | 18 | | justice of the peace for Bandera County Precinct 3 and extend to him |

18 | 19 | | sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
