| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Since its establishment in 1975, Starr County |

| 14 | 15 | | Memorial Hospital has played a vital role in ensuring the health and |

| 15 | 16 | | well-being of area residents, and its Level IV trauma designation |

| 18 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |
