45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Cydnye Couthran of Chester has ably served her
67 fellow Texans as a community and constituent relations director in
78 the office of State Representative James White during the 86th
89 Legislature; and
910 WHEREAS, Responsible for running the district office,
1011 Ms. Couthran maintains Representative White's presence in the
1112 district during the session and manages correspondence with
1213 constituents during the interim; her resourcefulness and
1314 initiative have earned the appreciation of her colleagues, and her
1415 contributions to carrying forth the representative's legislative
1516 agenda have helped to address issues facing citizens across the
1617 Lone Star State; and
1718 WHEREAS, A graduate of Chester High School, Ms. Couthran
1819 holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Stephen
1920 F. Austin State University; and
2021 WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her
2122 duties with skill and dedication, and she is indeed deserving of
2223 special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, be it
2324 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas
2425 Legislature hereby commend Cydnye Couthran for her service as
2526 community and constituent relations director in the office of State
2627 Representative James White and extend to her sincere best wishes
2728 for continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for Ms. Couthran as an expression of high regard by the
3031 Texas House of Representatives.
