| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics has demonstrated an |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Based in Fort Worth, Rodeo Dental operates 19 |

| 9 | 10 | | clinics in locations across the Lone Star State; the award-winning |

| 10 | 11 | | practice has been recognized for its commitment to offering the |

| 11 | 12 | | highest quality of service, as well as for its emphasis on giving |

| 12 | 13 | | back to the community; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Rodeo Dental has been a strong partner in efforts to |

| 14 | 15 | | address the problem of poor dental health among uninsured children |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | in the Rio Grande Valley; over the past two years, it has |

| 16 | 17 | | established a program that enlists the services of more than 80 |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | dentists and dental assistants at mobile dental units and other |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | facilities, where they provide such treatments as digital panoramic |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | X-rays, comprehensive exams, cleanings, restorations, sealants, |

| 20 | 21 | | and extractions; in total, these pro bono contributions are |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | estimated to have a value of over $250,000; and |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Rodeo Dental has greatly benefited many young Texans |

| 23 | 24 | | and their families by helping to ease the financial burden of |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | attaining vitally needed dental care, and all those associated with |

| 25 | 26 | | the practice may take well-deserved pride in their efforts; now, |

| 27 | 28 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |
