| 10 | 11 | | program designed to keep them at the forefront of cardiovascular |

| 11 | 12 | | treatment and patient care; in addition to meeting a long list of |

| 12 | 13 | | criteria, CHI St. Luke's Health earned special consideration by the |

| 13 | 14 | | American College of Cardiology for its accredited Chest Pain and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology |

| 15 | 16 | | Labs, and Heart Failure program, as well as for its participation in |
