| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The rank of Eagle Scout is an achievement shared by |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Stathopoulos has mastered a number of important |

| 10 | 11 | | skills in his quest to become an Eagle Scout; he has earned merit |

| 11 | 12 | | badges requiring expertise in such diverse areas as first aid, |

| 12 | 13 | | personal fitness, and environmental science, and he has gained |

| 13 | 14 | | experience in leadership and teamwork while undertaking an Eagle |

| 14 | 15 | | Scout project that has contributed to the betterment of his |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, This fine young Texan has ably served his peers in |

| 17 | 18 | | Boy Scout Troop No. 59 in Port Isabel in a designated position of |

| 18 | 19 | | responsibility, and in so doing, he has exemplified the many |

| 19 | 20 | | positive traits for which Boy Scouts are renowned; following high |

| 20 | 21 | | school graduation, he plans to attend Texas A&M University and to |

| 21 | 22 | | pursue a career in business and real estate; and |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, In fulfilling the rigorous requirements for |

| 23 | 24 | | attaining the Eagle Scout insignia, Nikolas Stathopoulos has |

| 24 | 25 | | demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the Boy Scouts |
