| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Established as an agricultural club in Jack County |

| 10 | 11 | | in 1908, 4-H is now the largest youth development program in the |

| 11 | 12 | | state, with more than 522,000 students from every Texas county |

| 12 | 13 | | taking part each year; the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and |

| 13 | 14 | | the Prairie View A&M Cooperative Extension Program administer the |

| 14 | 15 | | program and are assisted by more than 27,000 trained volunteers; |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The organization's name stands for Head, Heart, |

| 19 | 20 | | the best better," today's clubs emphasize leadership, citizenship, |

| 20 | 21 | | and strong character, help members to acquire valuable life skills, |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Since its inception, 4-H has enriched the lives of |
