| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Trevor Smith of Boy Scouts of America Troop No. 464 |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The Eagle Scout badge is a significant honor |

| 9 | 10 | | bestowed on only a small fraction of those who enter the scouting |

| 10 | 11 | | movement; in the course of meeting the rank's demanding criteria, |

| 11 | 12 | | Mr. Smith earned the requisite 21 merit badges and successfully |

| 12 | 13 | | completed an Eagle Scout project of benefit to his community; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This fine young Texan has demonstrated outstanding |
