| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Texas native Kyler Murray was honored as the best |

| 7 | 8 | | of the 2018 Heisman Trophy in recognition of his accomplishments as |

| 8 | 9 | | quarterback for the University of Oklahoma football team; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Murray starred on the gridiron at Allen High |

| 10 | 11 | | School, where he led the Eagles to a 43-0 record and three state |

| 11 | 12 | | championships and garnered National Player of the Year honors in |

| 12 | 13 | | 2014 from Gatorade, Parade, MaxPreps, and USA Today; he initially |

| 13 | 14 | | attended Texas A&M University, following in the footsteps of his |

| 14 | 15 | | father, Kevin Murray, who was a record-setting quarterback for the |

| 15 | 16 | | Aggies, but following his freshman year, he transferred to |
