| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The cherished son of Mikeal Earley and Tonya McGuire |

| 9 | 10 | | Pendleton, Luke Earley was born on January 22, 2002, in Mount |

| 10 | 11 | | Pleasant; he was blessed with the affection of many loved ones, |

| 11 | 12 | | including his three brothers, Dylan, Kreese, and Landon, and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | numerous extended family members; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Earley was a junior at Rivercrest High School |

| 14 | 15 | | and was known for his heart of gold, infectious smile, and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | mischievous sense of humor; warm and friendly, he never met a |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | stranger and was always ready with a hug to share with others; from |

| 17 | 18 | | an early age, he had an unparalleled passion for big trucks and |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | heavy equipment, and he enjoyed nothing more than driving diesel |

| 19 | 20 | | trucks and talking to truck drivers on a CB radio; he was also |

| 20 | 21 | | active in the rodeo scene, and he was a member of the Cowboy Church |

| 21 | 22 | | of Paris; and |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Although his journey on this earth ended far too |

| 23 | 24 | | soon, Luke Earley brightened the world for all around him, and time |

| 24 | 25 | | will never dim their memories of the joy he brought into their |

| 25 | 26 | | lives; now, therefore, be it |
