| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The 75th birthday of an esteemed Texan is truly |

| 6 | 7 | | cause for celebration, and Simon Urbanic of League City is |

| 7 | 8 | | observing that important milestone on March 15, 2019; and |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Born in Galveston in 1944, Mr. Urbanic is a proud |

| 9 | 10 | | veteran of the U.S. Navy and a longtime leader in the Gulf Coast |

| 10 | 11 | | community, where he has been a successful Realtor and a member of |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | the boards of several local institutions; and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, A proud and principled conservative, Mr. Urbanic |

| 13 | 14 | | has long been a champion for his political ideals; in addition to |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | his long record of dedicated volunteer work in behalf of the |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | Republican Party, he has played a vital role in the study and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | promotion of conservative thought in the Lone Star State; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Urbanic benefits from the |

| 18 | 19 | | love and support of his devoted wife, Pamela, and from his strong |

| 19 | 20 | | Christian faith; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Simon Urbanic has made innumerable contributions to |

| 21 | 22 | | the welfare of his community, state, and nation, and he may indeed |
