| 10 | 11 | | $2.5 billion into the region's economy over the next 20 years; in |

| 11 | 12 | | addition to the PGA and the City of Frisco, other stakeholders who |

| 12 | 13 | | contributed to the agreement include the city's economic and |

| 13 | 14 | | community development corporations, the board of the Frisco |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Independent School District, and the Omni Stillwater Woods |
|---|

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The complex will be home to two championship golf |
