| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Founded in 1896, the Fort Worth Stock Show is the |

| 9 | 10 | | longest-running livestock show in the nation, and through the |

| 10 | 11 | | decades the event has hosted some of the best market animals from |

|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Lehman and his 18-month-old steer, Blitzen, |

| 13 | 14 | | competed against nearly 200 Angus steers in the 2019 junior event; |

| 14 | 15 | | his hard work and dedication as an exhibitor paid off when he was |

| 15 | 16 | | awarded the reserve championship crown and a $35,000 cash prize |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has joined the ranks of |
