| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Duane Johnston is the owner and operator of the |

| 16 | 17 | | Chick-fil-A on Wilson Road and Beltway 8 in Humble; he has been a |

| 17 | 18 | | Chick-fil-A franchisee for 16 years, and he has dedicated 11 of |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Johnston enjoys the love |

| 20 | 21 | | and support of his wife, Erica, and he is the proud father of two |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Duane Johnston has proven himself a leader of great |
