| 10 | 11 | | accolade highlights the achievements of individuals under 40 years |

| 11 | 12 | | of age who have distinguished themselves in their occupations or in |

| 12 | 13 | | their work as volunteers or advocates; the four recipients will be |

| 13 | 14 | | featured in the spring edition of Lake Houston Business Matters |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Mittag is the owner of K&S Sportswear, LLC, a |

| 16 | 17 | | screen printing and embroidery company that specializes in material |

| 17 | 18 | | for schools, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, churches, |

| 18 | 19 | | and other clients in and beyond the Houston metropolitan area; she |

| 19 | 20 | | took the reins of the company from her parents, Steve and Katy |

| 20 | 21 | | Weirich, who founded the enterprise in 1995, and has since worked to |

| 21 | 22 | | build upon their success alongside her business partner and |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | longtime friend, Sarah Miller; and |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, A native of Humble and a 2004 graduate of Humble High |

| 24 | 25 | | School, Ms. Mittag holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M |

| 25 | 26 | | University, and she previously worked in corporate human resources; |

| 26 | 27 | | in all her endeavors, she enjoys the love and support of her |

| 27 | 28 | | husband, Jeremy Mittag, with whom she is proudly raising a son, |

| 29 | 30 | | WHEREAS, Brittney Mittag has proven herself a leader of great |
