| 10 | 11 | | accolade highlights the achievements of individuals under 40 years |

| 11 | 12 | | of age who have distinguished themselves in their occupations or in |

| 12 | 13 | | their work as volunteers or advocates; the four recipients will be |

| 13 | 14 | | featured in the spring edition of Lake Houston Business Matters |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Stander is the co-owner of Stander and Company |

| 16 | 17 | | in Humble, a business services firm designed to support |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | entrepreneurs; she and her husband, Nicholas, founded the firm in |

| 18 | 19 | | 2013, and her current duties include overseeing daily operations, |

| 19 | 20 | | general housekeeping, and managing payroll; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed Texan has further distinguished |

| 21 | 22 | | herself by being named a 2015 Woman of Achievement in Human Services |

| 22 | 23 | | by the FamilyTime Crisis and Counseling Center; in all her |

| 23 | 24 | | endeavors, she enjoys the love and support of her husband and their |

| 24 | 25 | | three children, Caroline, Sam, and Patrick; and |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Emily Stander has proven herself a leader of great |

| 26 | 27 | | vision and ability, and she is poised to make further contributions |

| 27 | 28 | | to the Lake Houston area in the years ahead; now, therefore, be it |
