| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Lily Trieu of Austin has ably served her fellow |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Trieu has provided |

| 9 | 10 | | vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks |

| 10 | 11 | | involving legislative support and constituent relations; in |

| 11 | 12 | | addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |

| 12 | 13 | | service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the |

| 13 | 14 | | issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Trieu is currently pursuing an MBA with a |

| 15 | 16 | | concentration in public and governmental affairs at The University |

| 16 | 17 | | of Texas at Austin, and she has distinguished herself as a Fellow of |

| 17 | 18 | | the Archer Center and as a finalist for the Broad Residency in Urban |

| 18 | 19 | | Education and the Presidential Management Fellowship; following |

| 19 | 20 | | her graduation, she hopes to become a business leader in the public |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed her duties as a |

| 22 | 23 | | legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed |
