| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Chapter 108, Health and Safety Code, is amended | |
| 11 | 11 | by adding Section 108.0093 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 108.0093. INTERNET POSTING OF CERTAIN HOSPITAL DATA. | |
| 13 | 13 | Not later than January 1 of each year, the department shall post on | |
| 14 | 14 | the department's Internet website hospital trauma response revenue | |
| 15 | 15 | code data collected under Section 108.009. The posted data must | |
| 16 | 16 | include information for the entire state, each public health | |
| 17 | 17 | region, and each hospital. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
