14 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 402.007(d), Government Code, is amended | |

16 | 12 | (d) The total amount credited to the judicial fund for | |
17 | 13 | programs approved by the supreme court that provide basic civil | |
18 | 14 | legal services to the indigent under Subsection (b) may not exceed | |
19 | 15 | $50 million per state fiscal year [biennium]. | |
