| 10 | 10 | is amended by adding Section 372.054 to read as follows: | |
| 11 | 11 | Sec. 372.054. FINANCIAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR TOLL | |
| 12 | 12 | PROJECTS. Not later than December 31 of each year, a toll project | |
| 13 | 13 | entity shall publish on the entity's Internet website a report on | |
| 14 | 14 | the entity's annual financial data, including toll revenue, | |
| 15 | 15 | operational expenses, and outstanding debt, for each toll project | |
| 16 | 16 | acquired, designed, constructed, operated, or maintained by the | |
| 17 | 17 | entity. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
