| 13 | 13 | Sec. 304.260. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person who violates | |
| 14 | 14 | Section 304.052 commits an offense. | |
| 15 | 15 | (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor, | |
| 16 | 16 | except that the offense is a Class A misdemeanor if it is shown on | |
| 17 | 17 | the trial of the offense that the person has been previously | |
| 18 | 18 | convicted of an offense under this section. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
