| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 26.03, Tax Code, is repealed. | |
| 12 | 12 | SECTION 2. This Act applies to the tax rate calculations | |
| 13 | 13 | under Chapter 26, Tax Code, for a taxing unit only for a tax year | |
| 14 | 14 | that begins on or after the effective date of this Act. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect January 1, 2020. |
