| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Earning a high school diploma requires hard work |

| 6 | 6 | | and dedication, and Mr. Ruley may reflect with pride on the |

| 7 | 7 | | perseverance and individual initiative he has demonstrated in |

| 8 | 8 | | pursuit of his goals; and |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |
