| 7 | 7 | | and dedication, and Mr. Brooks may reflect with pride on the |

| 8 | 8 | | perseverance and individual initiative he has demonstrated in |

| 9 | 9 | | pursuit of his goals; and |

| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |
