| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The untimely passing of Faith Christine Barcroft of |

| 6 | 6 | | Gatesville on February 20, 2019, at the age of 39, has brought a |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | profound loss to the family and friends of this beloved woman; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Born at a military hospital in Landstuhl, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Germany, on January 7, 1980, the former Faith Henshoher was the |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | daughter of Frances and David Henshoher; she grew up with the |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | companionship of a brother, Luke, and traveled frequently during |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | her youth due to her father's army career; after moving with her |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | family to Gatesville, she went on to graduate from Gatesville |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | High School in 1998 and subsequently continued her studies at |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Central Texas College; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, On November 25, 2000, she married her high school |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | sweetheart, Jack Barcroft; she was a loving and supportive wife, |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | and she embraced her role as a mother to their two children, |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Aubrey and Megan, whom she enthusiastically encouraged in all of |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | their school and athletic activities; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, A woman of resolute faith, Ms. Barcroft belonged to |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | the Presbyterian Church of Gatesville; in her leisure time, she |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | found great pleasure in tending to her garden, crafting gifts for |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | her friends, and organizing gatherings to bring her circle of loved |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | ones together; she had an adventurous and optimistic spirit that |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | brightened the days of everyone around her, and she was known and |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | admired for always putting the needs of others ahead of her own; and |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Although the passing of Faith Barcroft leaves a |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | tremendous void in the lives of those who held her dear, they will |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | forever treasure their memories of the warmth and kindness she |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | shared with them; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | Legislature, hereby pay tribute to the memory of Faith Christine |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | Barcroft and extend heartfelt condolences to the members of her |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | family: to her mother, Frances Henshoher; to her husband, Jack |

| 36 | 36 | | Barcroft; to her children, Aubrey and Megan Barcroft; to her |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | brother, Luke Henshoher, and his wife, Lori; and to her other |

| 38 | 38 | | relatives and many dear friends; and, be it further |

| 39 | 39 | | RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be |
