| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, A 60th wedding anniversary marks a lifetime of |

| 3 | 3 | | mutual devotion and shared experiences, and John and Gail White |

| 4 | 4 | | of Tyler celebrated this joyous milestone in their marriage on |

| 5 | 5 | | February 14, 2019; and |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | WHEREAS, John White and the former Gail Hudson were joined |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | in matrimony in 1959 at the First Presbyterian Church in Tyler; |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | over the years, they have been blessed with a treasured family |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | that includes their children, Bennett White, Brandi and Hudson |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | White, Victoria and Jerry Ashworth, and Harriet White, as well as |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | their eight grandchildren, J. B., Ben, Henry, Sadie, Anne, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Olivia, Daniel, and Katherine; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Respected members of their community, Mr. and |

| 14 | 14 | | Mrs. White moved to Tyler in 1994 to be closer to family; they |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | previously lived in Jacksonville; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. White have enjoyed six decades of |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | abiding love and affection for each other, and they are among an |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | exceptional group of men and women who can claim such a lasting |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | commitment; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | Legislature, hereby congratulate John and Gail White on their |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes |
