| 5 | 5 | | Business of the Year for the San Antonio District by the U.S. |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Each year, the Small Business Administration |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | recognizes entrepreneurs for achievements in various categories; |

| 9 | 9 | | the Minority Owned Small Business of the Year distinction is |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | awarded to a business that has had successful sales and profits |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | and that has created employment opportunities and utilized |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | innovative strategies to foster long-term success; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Texas Lonestar Collision is a complete auto body |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | and collision repair shop located in Downtown San Angelo; the |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | company has become a trusted source for quality workmanship, and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | its skilled staff members have earned a reputation for excellent |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | customer service; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Texas Lonestar Collision was nominated as a small |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | business of the year by the Angelo State University Small |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | Business Development Center Network, and the company stood out as |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | a model organization in a district that encompasses 55 Texas |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | counties; and |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Grace and Mario Garcia have worked hard to |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | maintain a thriving company that serves to benefit the community |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | and contribute to the local economy, and they can indeed take |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | pride in their company's selection for this award; now, |
|---|

| 28 | 28 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th |
