SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 757
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Robert Looney on the auspicious occasion of his
graduation from Texas Tech University in May of 2019; and
WHEREAS, A high achiever, Robert worked hard throughout
his college career, and he is receiving a bachelor of science
degree in agricultural and applied economics; and
WHEREAS, In pursuing the goals he has set for himself,
Robert has demonstrated exceptional personal abilities, as well
as diligence and determination; and
WHEREAS, Robert's family and friends are all very proud of
him for his hard work and his many achievements; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th
Legislature, hereby congratulate Robert Looney on his graduation
from Texas Tech University and extend to him best wishes for the
future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
him as a memento of this special occasion.
