| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Robert Looney on the auspicious occasion of his |

| 4 | 4 | | graduation from Texas Tech University in May of 2019; and |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, A high achiever, Robert worked hard throughout |

| 6 | 6 | | his college career, and he is receiving a bachelor of science |

| 7 | 7 | | degree in agricultural and applied economics; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, In pursuing the goals he has set for himself, |

| 9 | 9 | | Robert has demonstrated exceptional personal abilities, as well |

| 10 | 10 | | as diligence and determination; and |

| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Robert's family and friends are all very proud of |

| 12 | 12 | | him for his hard work and his many achievements; now, therefore, |
