1	1	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 88
2	2	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas joins the citizens
3	3	of Spring in congratulating Jackson Harbin Robuck of Boy Scout
4	4	Troop 772, who recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout; and
5	5	WHEREAS, This outstanding young man has brought honor to
6	6	himself, his family, his troop, his community, and his state in
7	7	earning the coveted Eagle Badge; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Jackson completed a service project that required
9	9	him to exercise his leadership abilities and at the same time
10	10	benefit his community; and
11	11	WHEREAS, Few are privileged to be named among the ranks of
12	12	the elite corps of Eagle Scouts; only a small percentage of Boy
13	13	Scouts earn this distinguished honor; and
14	14	WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and
15	15	promise, Jackson advanced from Tenderfoot, Second, First, Star,
16	16	and Life classes to Eagle Scout; he is truly an exemplary citizen
17	17	of the State of Texas; now, therefore, be it
18	18	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th
19	19	Legislature, hereby congratulate Jackson Harbin Robuck on
20	20	attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and commend him on this great
21	21	achievement; and, be it further
22	22	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
23	23	Eagle Scout Robuck as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
