| 12 | 12 | Sec. 26.0152. ONLINE PUBLICATION OF FRESH WATER DATA. The | |
| 13 | 13 | commission shall publish on the commission's Internet website data | |
| 14 | 14 | from available monitoring data and assessment results related to | |
| 15 | 15 | pathogens and pathogen indicators in lakes, bays, springs, rivers, | |
| 16 | 16 | streams, creeks, inlets, and other bodies of fresh water commonly | |
| 17 | 17 | used for swimming, fishing, or other recreation. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
