7 | 13 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
8 | 14 | SECTION 1. Section 545.3051(a)(3), Transportation Code, is | |
9 | 15 | amended to read as follows: | |
10 | 16 | (3) "Personal property" means: | |
11 | 17 | (A) a vehicle described by Section 545.305; | |
12 | 18 | (B) spilled cargo; | |
13 | 19 | (C) a hazardous material as defined by 49 U.S.C. | |
14 | 20 | Section 5102 and its subsequent amendments; [or] | |
15 | 21 | (D) a hazardous substance as defined by Section | |
16 | 22 | 26.263, Water Code; or | |
17 | 23 | (E) an unattended manufactured home as defined by | |
18 | 24 | Section 1201.003, Occupations Code. | |
19 | 25 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. | |
